- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 whisk brown sugar and butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat until it melts.
- 2 whisk in heavy cream.
- 3 stir constantly until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth, about 3 minutes.
- 4 remove from the heat and cool.
- 5 sauce can be stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
