Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over low heat
- 2 add flour and mix to a paste.
- 3 stir in mayonnaise, mixing thoroughly.
- 4 add boullion.
- 5 continue stirring over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
- 6 remove from heat.
- 7 add in milk and cheese; stir well.
- 8 serve hot over your favorite vegetables.
