Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter over low heat
  • 2 add flour and mix to a paste.
  • 3 stir in mayonnaise, mixing thoroughly.
  • 4 add boullion.
  • 5 continue stirring over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  • 6 remove from heat.
  • 7 add in milk and cheese; stir well.
  • 8 serve hot over your favorite vegetables.
