Chapel Hill Swiss Corn Bake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups corn (16 oz bag frozen)
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 put the corn into a large bowl. add the milk, onion, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. mix well.
  • 2 pour the mixture into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch pan, or a 2 quart casserole. sprinkle crumbs mixed with the melted butter over the top.
  • 3 bake in a preheated 350 degree f oven for 30-35 minutes.
