Chapel Hill Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups corn (16 oz bag frozen)
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cracker crumb
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Recipe
- 1 put the corn into a large bowl. add the milk, onion, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. mix well.
- 2 pour the mixture into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch pan, or a 2 quart casserole. sprinkle crumbs mixed with the melted butter over the top.
- 3 bake in a preheated 350 degree f oven for 30-35 minutes.
