- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 banana, cut in half and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 mix the sugar and the cornstarch. add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly. cook, over low heat for 8-10 minutes. add mashed bananas, mix thoroughly. add banana slices and butter.
- 2 serve hot.
