Buttered Parmesan Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • 2 add rice, stir, reduce heat to low.
  • 3 cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 4 in skillet, melt butter until lightly browned.
