Buttered Parmesan Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 in large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- 2 add rice, stir, reduce heat to low.
- 3 cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- 4 in skillet, melt butter until lightly browned.
- 5 mix rice and parmesan cheese.
- 6 place in serving bowl.
- 7 drizzle butter over rice.
- 8 sprinkle with parsley.
