Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 place sugar in a heavy pan and heat very slowly until melted and browned,stirring constantly.
- 2 add boiling water slowly, stirring vigorously.
- 3 cook until syrupy.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in cream and butter.
