Ingredients

- 16 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
- 2 pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until mixture is set and the top is golden. a knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
