Maille® Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
  • 3 tablespoons maille® honey dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • juice of half a lemon

Recipe

  • coat whole chicken with a mixture of maille® honey dijon, cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  • season chicken with salt and pepper and arrange in an ovenproof casserole.
  • brown the chicken, then cover with a lid and let cook for another 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. serve with seasonal vegetables cooked in butter.
