Green Banana And Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 1 cup rice milk, or as needed

  • blend oats and almonds in a blender until powdery; add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. blend, gradually adding rice milk, until desired consistency is reached.
