Pb Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana, broken in half
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • put banana, ice, oats, yogurt, skim milk, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon, respectively, in a blender; blend until smooth.
