Bourbon And Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 9-inch pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 cream sugar and butter.
  • 2 add eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon, and vanilla.
  • 3 mix until blended.
  • 4 spread pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell.
  • 5 pour filling into shell.
  • 6 bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
