Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 9-inch pie shell
Recipe
- 1 cream sugar and butter.
- 2 add eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon, and vanilla.
- 3 mix until blended.
- 4 spread pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell.
- 5 pour filling into shell.
- 6 bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
