Cauliflower Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces cheese whiz
  • 2 packages frozen cauliflower, cooked
  • 3 eggs, well beaten

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter.
  • 2 stir in flour and add water.
  • 3 cool over low heat, stirring until thick and boiling.
  • 4 blend in cheese whiz.
  • 5 combine sauce and cooked cauliflower.
  • 6 add eggs.
  • 7 mix gently until blended.
  • 8 put in well greased pan; dot with remaining butter.
  • 9 bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown at 325.
