Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup onion
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces cheese whiz
- 2 packages frozen cauliflower, cooked
- 3 eggs, well beaten
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter.
- 2 stir in flour and add water.
- 3 cool over low heat, stirring until thick and boiling.
- 4 blend in cheese whiz.
- 5 combine sauce and cooked cauliflower.
- 6 add eggs.
- 7 mix gently until blended.
- 8 put in well greased pan; dot with remaining butter.
- 9 bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown at 325.
