- 1/4 cup raw agave nectar
- 1/4 cup ground raw flax seed
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, process agave nectar, flax seed and coconut butter until smooth. add apple and coconut and pulse 4-6 times to combine.
- 2 using a tablespoon, shape into 4 equal portions. freeze for 10-12 minutes or firm enough to handle.
