Broccoli With Onions And Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons dry wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 steam broccoli and set aside.
- 2 sauté onions in butter and oil.
- 3 add broccoli, then pine nuts and wine.
- 4 add lemon juice a bit at a time.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
- 6 cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
