- broccoli
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 lb mild cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli, drain put 1/2 into buttered casserole dish add onion, make cheese sauce by cooking flour, salt, milk until thick then add cheese until melted.
- 2 pour over half and then add remainder of broccoli and then add rest of cheese.
- 3 bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
