Banana Bread

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup banana, the riper the better, and mashed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 spray a 9-by-5-inch glass loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- 3 in a large bowl, combine splenda sugar, unsalted butter, and eggs.
- 4 mix well using a wire whisk.
- 5 stir in mashed bananas.
- 6 add flour, baking power, and baking soda.
- 7 mix gently using a sturdy spoon.
- 8 evenly spread batter into prepared loaf pan.
- 9 bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 10 place loaf pan on a wire rack and let set for 10 minutes.
- 11 remove banana bread from pan and continue cooling on wire rack.
- 12 cut into 8 slices.
