Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (you can use up to 4 for a richer taste)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- shredded parmesan cheese, light dusting on top
- pepper
- garlic powder, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 place frozen (unthawed) hashbrowns in a 9×13 pan.
- 3 sprinkle with shredded cheese and stir lightly to combine.
- 4 heat milk, butter, and salt in a separate pan until butter is melted.
- 5 pour over potato/cheese mixture.
- 6 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
- 8 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
