Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter (you can use up to 4 for a richer taste)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • shredded parmesan cheese, light dusting on top
  • pepper
  • garlic powder, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 place frozen (unthawed) hashbrowns in a 9×13 pan.
  • 3 sprinkle with shredded cheese and stir lightly to combine.
  • 4 heat milk, butter, and salt in a separate pan until butter is melted.
  • 5 pour over potato/cheese mixture.
  • 6 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
  • 8 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
