- 4 lamb chops, well trimmed
- 1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed oxtail soup
- 1/3 cup water

- preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). place the lamb chops into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. add the apple and raisins. pour the soup and water into a small bowl, and mix together. pour the soup over the lamb chops.
- bake, covered, in the preheated oven until the lamb chops are fully cooked, about 1 hour.
