Cajun Butter Blend For Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 6 ears corn, freshly cooked

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the corn, and process until smooth.
  • 2 spread the mixture on the hot corn or refrigerate for future use.
