Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 6 ears corn, freshly cooked
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the corn, and process until smooth.
- 2 spread the mixture on the hot corn or refrigerate for future use.
