Ingredients
- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon black walnut flavoring
- 5 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 mash the bananas in medium bowl.
- 2 stir in all the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 bake in a small loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
