Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain low fat)
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3 tablespoons red onions (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (fat free)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar (sub lemon juice)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced clove)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 black pepper (freshly ground)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 2 cover and chill for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
