Buttermilk Dressing

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain low fat)
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons red onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (fat free)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar (sub lemon juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced clove)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 black pepper (freshly ground)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • 2 cover and chill for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
