Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter (no subs)
- 1 cup broken pecans
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except nuts in heavy saucepan.
- 2 cook to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer, then 1 more notch.
- 3 remove from heat and add nuts.
- 4 stir for 2 minutes.
- 5 pour into greased 8x8 dish.
