Caramel Corn Puffs

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package puffed corn cereal
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup karo
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

  • 1 spray a large roasting pan with pam cooking spray, add puffs.
  • 2 use a 2 qt sauce pan to bring butter, sugar and karo syrup to a boil.
  • 3 cook for 2 minute
  • 4 remove from heat add soda. stir til foamy.
  • 5 pour over puffs and mix to cover puffs.
  • 6 bake at 250f for 1 hour.
  • 7 stir puffs every 15 minutes.
  • 8 pour mixture over wax paper.
  • 9 cool and break apart; store in air tight container.
