Ingredients

• 1 lb sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten well
• 1/4 lb butter
• 2 lemons, juice of
• 1 lemon, rind of

Recipe

• 1 put all ingredients into a pot
• 2 turn stove to medium if you have that setting otherwise set to low.
• 3 cook until smooth stirring the mixture as much as possible.
