Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
- 2 marinate chicken or lamb for 1 to 4 hours and discard marinade.
