Cheesy Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs carrots
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 ounces velveeta cheese
- 12 ritz crackers
Recipe
- 1 boil enough water to cover carrots.
- 2 pre-heat oven to 350°f.
- 3 peel and slice carrots into bite sized pieces.
- 4 boil carrots for 10 minutes. drain.
- 5 place carrots in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- 6 sprinkle brown sugar over carrots.
- 7 melt butter and velveeta. pour over carrots.
- 8 crumble ritz crackers over casserole.
- 9 bake for 30-35 minutes.
