Blackened Sirloin With Tex-mex Butter

Total Time: 43 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steaks, 1 1/2 in thick
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons blackened steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine first 6 ing.
