Smoked Fish Pate

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 8 ounces smoked whitefish, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  • place the whitefish, mayonnaise, butter, and worcestershire sauce into a food processor. pulse until the mixture is smooth.
