Amaretto & Almond Muffins

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup sour milk
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
• 1 cup sliced almonds
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400°.
• 2 grease muffin 12 cup tins.
• 3 in bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well.
• 4 add remaining ingredients, blending mixture just until mixed.
• 5 pour into into prepared pans.
• 6 bake 15-20 minutes.
