Bourbon Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs smoked ham, boneless (never use salt cured)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Recipe

  • 1 **in a spray bottle, pour the 1/4 cup of bourbon or your favorite whiskey.
