Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- 2 cook 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- 3 stir in pecans, milk, butter, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
- 4 reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbly.
