- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (can use frozen corn)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. add remaining ingredients.
- 2 simmer uncovered and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes (if using frozen corn, heat covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered an additional 10 minutes).
