Asparagus - Texmex

Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter (not fake stuff)
- 1 tablespoon lime pepper seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, rotel
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f.
- 2 snap the asparagus stem to remove the woody parts.
- 3 place in a 8"x8" glass baking dish.
- 4 melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- 5 add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- 6 pour over the asparagus.
- 7 cover tightly with foil and marinade for 30 minutes.
- 8 place in oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
- 9 remove from oven and serve warm.
- 10 cooking time includes marination.
