Baked Corn Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 canned corn niblet
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 350.
  • 2 grease 9x9 pan.
  • 3 beat eggs, add milk, blend well.
  • 4 add all other ingredients pour into prepared pan.
  • 5 bake 350 for 20 minutes.
  • 6 reduce heat to 325 and bake for 1 hour or until firm.
  • 7 test with a knife inserted into center of casserole come clean.
