Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs spinach, trimmed,rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 place spinach in a large pot of boiling water.
- 2 cook 3-5 minutes .
- 3 then drain.
- 4 place in serving dish and sprinkle with salt and dot with butter.
