Brownies

Ingredients
- Servings: 25
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter on a low heat.
- 2 once the butter is melted, take it off the heat.
- 3 add the sugar and cocoa and mix until smooth (iĆ¢€™m lazy, so i usually use an electric mixer for this).
- 4 add the eggs and flour gradually, continuing to mix as you do so.
- 5 once everything is added in and the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a medium sized greased baking tray.
- 6 bake at around 180c (a little on the low side of this perhaps) for 20-30 minutes.
- 7 rather than relying on timing, the brownies are cooked when a sharp knife poked into the middle comes out clean.
