Brownies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter on a low heat.
  • 2 once the butter is melted, take it off the heat.
  • 3 add the sugar and cocoa and mix until smooth (iĆ¢€™m lazy, so i usually use an electric mixer for this).
  • 4 add the eggs and flour gradually, continuing to mix as you do so.
  • 5 once everything is added in and the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a medium sized greased baking tray.
  • 6 bake at around 180c (a little on the low side of this perhaps) for 20-30 minutes.
  • 7 rather than relying on timing, the brownies are cooked when a sharp knife poked into the middle comes out clean.
