Café Muse's Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon good quality butter, softened
- 2 slices bread (organic multigrain bread suggested, or your favorite)
- 1 slice havarti cheese
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice danish fontina cheese
- 2 slices tomatoes
- honey, for drizzling from a squeeze bear bottle
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped, less if you're not a basil fan
Recipe
- 1 butter bread on one side with softened butter. place in an oven-proof sauté pan large enough for 2 slices of bread, butter side down, over medium-low heat. put mozzarella on one slice of bread and fontina and havarti on the other. cook until golden on bottom and cheese begins to melt.
- 2 place tomatoes on the mozzarella side and a drizzle of honey on the fontina/havarti side. slide pan under broiler for a few minutes to broil the tomatoes.
- 3 sprinkle basil as desired on top of the tomato, assemble sandwich, and serve.
