Almonds With Rosemary And Cayenne

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 spread almonds on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 3 meanwhile melt butter. remove from heat and stir in rosemary, brown sugar, salt and cayenne.
  • 4 add almonds and toss gently to coat. cool slightly before serving.
