Almonds With Rosemary And Cayenne

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spread almonds on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- 3 meanwhile melt butter. remove from heat and stir in rosemary, brown sugar, salt and cayenne.
- 4 add almonds and toss gently to coat. cool slightly before serving.
