Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 gallon cold water
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 ears corn, shucked
- 12 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 combine first three ingredients in large container, stirring until salt and sugar are dissolved.
- 2 add corn and soak for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
- 3 remove corn from brine and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every two minutes.
- 4 serve with butter.
