Baby Food: Quinoa And Harvest Veggies (12 Months)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 medium carrots
  • olive oil (optional, but good choice if extra calories are needed)

Recipe

  • 1 steam or boil the zucchini, squash and carrots until tender enough to puree. rinse quinoa (or soak for a few minutes) add water to a pot, add the quinoa and bring to a boil and simmer until quinoa has begun to unravel itself. puree together the zucchini, squash, tomato and carrots and add the cooked quinoa.
