Ingredients
- 12 ounces beer, room temp
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except butter to form a sticky dough.
- 2 place in greased, covered bowl.
- 3 let rise for 1 hour.
- 4 pour into greased loaf pan.
- 5 smooth the top.
- 6 bake at 350* for 60 minutes.
- 7 brush with the melted butter the last 10 minutes of baking.
