Barbecued Spicy Lugs Of Maize

Ingredients

- 2 ounces unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons english mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
- 4 corn on the cob, husks and silks removed
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a small pan then stir in mustard, horseradish and worcestershire sauce.
- 2 place each lug of corn on a 1-foot square piece of heavy duty aluminium foil.
- 3 drizzle with the butter mixture then wrap loosely and seal.
- 4 grill over medium-hot coals for 15-20 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
- 5 serve hot.
