Barbecued Spicy Lugs Of Maize

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 ounces unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons english mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • 4 corn on the cob, husks and silks removed

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter in a small pan then stir in mustard, horseradish and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 place each lug of corn on a 1-foot square piece of heavy duty aluminium foil.
  • 3 drizzle with the butter mixture then wrap loosely and seal.
  • 4 grill over medium-hot coals for 15-20 minutes, or until the corn is tender.
  • 5 serve hot.
