Aunt Michel's Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in sauce pan.
- 2 blend in flour and salt.
- 3 add milk all at once.
- 4 cook quickly, stirring mixture constantly until thickens and bubbles.
- 5 remove from heat when bubbles.
- 6 add cheese, stir until melted and smooth.
- 7 add mustard and worcestershire sauce once cheese is all melted; stir to incorporate.
