Aunt Michel's Cheese Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in sauce pan.
  • 2 blend in flour and salt.
  • 3 add milk all at once.
  • 4 cook quickly, stirring mixture constantly until thickens and bubbles.
  • 5 remove from heat when bubbles.
  • 6 add cheese, stir until melted and smooth.
  • 7 add mustard and worcestershire sauce once cheese is all melted; stir to incorporate.
