Brownies With Choc And Strawberries

Ingredients

• 185 g dark chocolate, chopped
• 100 g butter, cubed
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 cup caster sugar
• 1 cup plain flour
• 150 g chocolate, chopped
• 100 g strawberries, sliced

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 200°c.
• 2 melt butter and dark chocolate in bowl over pot of simmering water.
• 3 stir till melted and mixture of smooth.
• 4 remove from heat.
• 5 stir in egg and sugar.
• 6 fold through flour, then chocolate and berries.
• 7 pour into greased 20 cms square tin.
• 8 bake 45 mins until sides shrink from pan.
• 9 remove from oven and cool before cutting.
