Carrots With Orange Glaze

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups carrots, cut in small strips
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Recipe

  • 1 stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender.
  • 2 remove from pan.
  • 3 mix juice and cornstarch.
  • 4 add to butter and stir for 1 minutes.
  • 5 add ginger and stir.
  • 6 return carrots and mix well.
  • 7 heat through.
