Ingredients

- 3 cups carrots, cut in small strips
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 4 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Recipe
- 1 stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender.
- 2 remove from pan.
- 3 mix juice and cornstarch.
- 4 add to butter and stir for 1 minutes.
- 5 add ginger and stir.
- 6 return carrots and mix well.
- 7 heat through.
