Cashew Asparagus

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup salted cashews
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 lb asparagus, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, add 1 tablespoon butter and then nuts.
- 2 cook over medium heat stirring for 2 minutes.
- 3 spoon to paper towels and drain.
- 4 add to saucepan the remaining butter and cook the asparagus for 1 minute.
- 5 add water; cover, and cook for 4 minutes.
- 6 pour into serving dish and sprinkle with nuts.
