Chattanooga Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.
- 2 when whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.
- 3 remove immediately from heat.
- 4 add vanilla and nuts.
- 5 cool to luke warm.
- 6 beat until thick and creamy.
