Ba-nana's Bread

Ingredients
- 4 cups unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sweet creamy butter, softened
- 4 cups unbleached cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups mashed bananas
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pecan pieces
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 spray six 8 inch loaf pans with cooking spray containing flour.
- 3 sift flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- 4 in a separate bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until smooth, mix in vanilla extract until blended.
- 5 stir in bananas, eggs, and pecan pieces.
- 6 mix liquid and dry mixtures together.
- 7 divide batter into six loaf pans.
- 8 bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
- 9 serve warm.
