Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat pizza crusts
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 brown the sausage, saving the drippings.
- 3 set the sausage aside and add butter to the drippings to melt.
- 4 add the flour and salt and pepper to the butter and cook for about a minute.
- 5 add milk and stir until thick and bubbly. set aside.
- 6 scramble eggs with onions and green pepper until soft set.
- 7 assemble pizzas with gravy on the bottom, then sausage, then eggs, then cheese.
- 8 cook for 12 minutes.
