Breakfast Pizza

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat pizza crusts
  • 2 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 brown the sausage, saving the drippings.
  • 3 set the sausage aside and add butter to the drippings to melt.
  • 4 add the flour and salt and pepper to the butter and cook for about a minute.
  • 5 add milk and stir until thick and bubbly. set aside.
  • 6 scramble eggs with onions and green pepper until soft set.
  • 7 assemble pizzas with gravy on the bottom, then sausage, then eggs, then cheese.
  • 8 cook for 12 minutes.
