Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- cold water
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 rub in butter til crumbly.
- 3 mix in beaten eggs.
- 4 add enough cold water to make a soft dough.
- 5 turn onto floured board and pat to 1 inch thickness.
- 6 cut in rounds or squares.
- 7 fold in half and brush with milk.
- 8 place on greased baking sheet.
- 9 dust each with sugar.
- 10 bake 400f 15 minutes.
- 11 serve hot with butter and jam.
